Ingredient

  • 1 chinese tofu
  • 250 gr shrimp cut into small pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • Finely chopped celery
  • 4 cloves of garlic finely
  • 5 cloves of finely chopped red onion
  • Salt, pepper, mushroom seasoning to taste

The method

  • 1. Beat eggs, gram, pepper, mushroom seasoning with a whisk.
  • 2. Enter the tofu, wheat flour, rice flour, celery, onion, garlic stir until blended.
  • 3. Form the dough and fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden yellow.
  • 4. Then lift and serve with red cuko.
