Ingredients

  • 500 gr Potato, diced
  • 300 gr Shrimp, clean
  • 3 Petai boards
  • Salt, mushroom broth and sugar to taste

Ground spices

  • 10 pcs red chili
  • 5 pcs red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pc Tomato

Method

  • 1. Fry the potatoes until cooked, remove and set aside.
  • 2. Fry the prawns briefly until they change color, remove and set aside.
  • 3. Saute ground spices until fragrant. Add salt, mushroom stock and sugar to taste, mix well.
  • 4. Enter the petai, shrimp and potatoes. Stir well, cook until the spices are absorbed, adjust the taste, remove and serve.
