Ingredients

  • 200 gr chicken fillet
  • 3 tbsp wheat flour
  • 2 pcs egg whites
  • 3 pcs white onion, puree
  • 100 gr ice cubes (I use ice water)
  • 1 bwg leaf sliced
  • Salt, stock powder, sugar, pepper
  • (Sy 1.5 tsp salt, 1 tsp broth powder, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp pepper)
  • 200 gr sago tani / tapioca

How to make

  • 1. Blend all the ingredients together, the last tapioca flour... see the video
  • 2. Round the dough, you can use your hands or a spoon, boil it until it floats, indicating that it is cooked
  • 3. Then steam the boiled bacil again for 10-15 minutes.

Peanut Smooth Seasoning

  • 100 gr peanuts, fried first
  • 3 pcs white onion
  • 350 ml of water
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 3 pcs roasted hazelnut
  • Enough cooking oil

Other Seasonings

  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 lbs lime leaves
  • 1/2 tsp tamarind
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp sweet kcp
  • Salt, broth powder

How to Cook

  • 1. Heat a little oil, stir-fry the ground spices, add the other ingredients, mix well, cook for a while, correct the taste..
  • 2. The seasoning when it's just cooked is a bit runny. It's okay, when it's cold it will thicken..
