1. Heat oil, saute ground spices along with lemon grass, galangal, bay leaf and lime leaves. Cook until fragrant.

3. Add coconut milk and water, add tamarind water, salt, brown sugar, granulated sugar and mushroom broth. Stir well. And cook until the water is reduced and slightly dry. Lift.
