Beef Bean Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 150 grams of chickpeas
  • 100 grams ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Enough water
  • Enough oil for frying
  • Spice:
  • 4 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 red chilies
  • 2 green chilies

Step

  • 1. Finely chop the garlic then chop the red onion, red chili, and green chili, set aside.
  • 2. Prepare the ground beef. Wash the chickpeas, remove the ends and cut them according to taste, set aside.
  • 3. Prepare a frying pan and heat a little oil, saute the spices until fragrant.
  • 4. Add the meat and a little water. Cook until the meat changes color.
  • 5. Add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, ground pepper, salt, and powdered stock. Then add the chickpeas, mix well.
  • 6. Cover the pan and cook until soft and the spices are absorbed. When it is cooked, turn off the heat and ready to serve.
