pecak catfish & eggplant

Ingredients

  • 4 catfish, clean the skin
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 limes
  • 2 purple eggplants

Seasoning ingredient

  • 5 pieces of curly red chili
  • 6 red onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 pecans
  • 2 cm kencur
  • 1/4 tsp grilled shrimp paste
  • Salt, sugar, pepper to taste
  • 50 ml water

How to make

  • 1. Season the catfish with oranges and brush with salt. Let stand 15 minutes then fry until crisp
  • 2. Eggplant cut into quarters but do not break then grilled until cooked.
  • 3. Puree the ground spices and stir fry until fragrant. Add salt, sugar and pepper, mix well and taste correction
  • 4. Arrange the catfish and eggplant on a plate and then sprinkle with the spices and seasonings with lime juice. Serve
