Ingredient

  • 350 gr Pokcoy, boiled
  • 2 egg tofu, fried
  • 250 gr beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Royco Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + water, dissolve
  • Sugar and salt to taste

How to make

  • 1. Fry the onion and garlic until fragrant, add the meat, cook until it changes color. Pour enough water.
  • 2. Add sesame oil, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, Royco Chicken Broth, pepper, sugar and salt. Cook until the gravy shrinks.
  • 3. Enter the fried tofu, give the cornstarch solution, stir until cooked. Lift.
  • 4. Arrange the pokcoy on a plate, pour the stir-fried tofu meat on it. Ready to be served.
