Cah Bokchoy Oyster Sauce

Ingredient

  • 1 bunch bok choy, roots removed. Boil for a while.
  • 100 gr chicken breast fillet, sliced
  • 6 peeled prawns
  • 2 shitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 cm geprek ginger

Sauce Ingredients (Mixed)

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine (can't skip)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 100ml water

Method.

  • 1. Season the chicken with soy sauce, pepper, 1 tsp of cornstarch. Leave 15 minutes. Saute until cooked. Lift.
  • 2. In the same pan, sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add mushrooms, saute briefly.
  • 3. Pour the sauce, cook until bubbling and thick.
  • 4. Add chicken, shrimp and bok choy, mix well. Cook until prawns are cooked. Serve
