- 600 gr eel, clean
- 2 large red chilies
- 2 big green chilies
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- Salt, sugar
- Sckpnya water
Ground spices
- 7 red onions
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 3 hazelnuts
- 1/2 cm kencur
- 1 delivery stick
- 1/2 tsp coriander
How to Make Yellow Cooked Eel
- 1. Cut the curd eel 1 cm, squeeze out the thin dredged and add a little salt
- 2. Puree the spice ingredients
- 3. Heat the pan, then add the ground spices
- 4. Enter the turmeric powder, mix well, then add the fish, add salt, sugar
- 5. Cook until it dries up a bit, then pour in the water, cover the pan and let the water shrink
