  • 2 big green chilies
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • Salt, sugar
  • Sckpnya water

Ground spices

  • 7 red onions
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 3 hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cm kencur
  • 1 delivery stick
  • 1/2 tsp coriander

How to Make Yellow Cooked Eel

  • 1. Cut the curd eel 1 cm, squeeze out the thin dredged and add a little salt
  • 2. Puree the spice ingredients
  • 3. Heat the pan, then add the ground spices
  • 4. Enter the turmeric powder, mix well, then add the fish, add salt, sugar
  • 5. Cook until it dries up a bit, then pour in the water, cover the pan and let the water shrink
  • 6. Check the taste, lastly add the potted red and green chilies
  • 7. Cook for a while then remove and serve
