Salted Spicy Chili Hejo
Ingredient
- 4 spicy salted tails
- 1 tsp mushroom stock/flavour
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- Right amount of oil
Spice Coarse Blender
- 25 curly green chilies
- 10 green chilies
- 5 large red onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
How to make
- 1. wash the salted peda thoroughly, soak 10-15 minutes so that the salt content is reduced, drain. Fry the peda until cooked, set aside.
- 2. Saute the spices until fragrant, add mushroom broth, sugar, salt, taste test.
- 3. Arrange the peda on a plate, pour the hejo chili seasoning on it.
