Salted Spicy Chili Hejo

Ingredient

  • 4 spicy salted tails
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock/flavour
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Right amount of oil

Spice Coarse Blender

  • 25 curly green chilies
  • 10 green chilies
  • 5 large red onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic

How to make

  • 1. wash the salted peda thoroughly, soak 10-15 minutes so that the salt content is reduced, drain. Fry the peda until cooked, set aside.
  • 2. Saute the spices until fragrant, add mushroom broth, sugar, salt, taste test.
  • 3. Arrange the peda on a plate, pour the hejo chili seasoning on it.
