Ingredient

  • 2 tbsp homemade chili powder
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Salt, mushroom broth, sugar to taste

  • 20 pcs mixed cayenne pepper
  • 1 tg leek
  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic

The method

  • 1. Soak the salted fish in warm water for 7 minutes then drain and then rinse with clean water. Drain then fry until dry, not too crunchy.
  • 2. Sauté the sliced ​​spices until fragrant, add salt, mushroom broth, sugar and water, mix well. Cook the spices until cooked / wilted.
  • 3. Then enter the salted fish stir briefly until the spices are well mixed. Taste correction. Remove and serve with warm rice
