Ingredient

  • 1 white tofu board, puree
  • 5 spring onions
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 10 pieces of cayenne pepper, sliced
  • Salt, pepper and stock powder to taste
  • Enough spring roll skin
  • 1 tablespoon flour + a little water (greased)

How to make

  • 1. Mix all the dough ingredients, mix well. Set aside.
  • 2. Prepare 1 sheet of spring roll skin, give 2 tablespoons of filling, fold the spring roll skin like an envelope, smear the ends, glue. Do it to the end.
  • 3. Fry the tofu spring rolls until golden brown. Remove and serve with cayenne pepper.
