Garlic Fried Chicken Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken thighs, cut into 2
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 handful of garlic with skin, crushed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • The oil for frying

Ground spices

  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 1 segment of turmeric
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock

How to Make Garlic Fried Chicken

  • 1. Coat the chicken with lime and salt. Let stand 15 minutes and wash again.
  • 2. In a bowl, add the ground spices, salt, sugar, mushroom broth, eggs and cornstarch. Stir well.
  • 3. Add the chicken and garlic, stir until the chicken is coated with the spices. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  • 4. Heat the oil. Fry the chicken in a lot of oil and hot, turn and fry until cooked. Remove and set aside
