Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Everyone has different dietary restrictions, so no one should be afraid to experiment with different recipes, and find the ones that suit them best. There are a few basic ingredients that are always needed in recipes: water, oil, salt, and pepper. Other ingredients, like herbs and spices, can be used to add flavor and also to provide health benefits.
600 gr domestic chicken (half tail), don't cut it too big so it's better
6 cloves of garlic, puree
1/2 segment of ginger, puree
1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp white pepper (you can reduce it if you don't want the pepper to be too spicy)
1/2 tsp mushroom stock
1 tablespoon soy sauce (me: goat stamp)
1 tablespoon peres (flat spoon) cornstarch
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp vegetable oil (can be skipped)
How to make
1. Marinate the chicken by mixing all ingredients except sesame oil and vegetable oil.
2. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
3. Add sesame oil and vegetable oil, mix well.
4. Arrange the chicken pieces in the pan.
5. Turn on DigiFry AF02 @mito.id I use the default menu which is already available with a duration of 18 minutes at 200C. After 13 minutes, flip the chicken pieces over and continue frying until the engine stops. Then I added the manual for another 5 minutes with a temperature of 200C to get a crispier outer texture.
