Air Fryer Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 600 gr domestic chicken (half tail), don't cut it too big so it's better
  • 6 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 1/2 segment of ginger, puree
  • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper (you can reduce it if you don't want the pepper to be too spicy)
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (me: goat stamp)
  • 1 tablespoon peres (flat spoon) cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil (can be skipped)

How to make

  • 1. Marinate the chicken by mixing all ingredients except sesame oil and vegetable oil.
  • 2. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • 3. Add sesame oil and vegetable oil, mix well.
  • 4. Arrange the chicken pieces in the pan.
  • 5. Turn on DigiFry AF02 @mito.id I use the default menu which is already available with a duration of 18 minutes at 200C. After 13 minutes, flip the chicken pieces over and continue frying until the engine stops. Then I added the manual for another 5 minutes with a temperature of 200C to get a crispier outer texture.
