Goat Fried Rice

goat fried rice

Ingredient

  • 250gr mutton, ptg according to taste
  • 3 plates of rice
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Beef broth
  • ghee
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 egg

Ground spices

  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 segment of turmeric
  • 2 grains of roasted hazelnut
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 cardamom
  • Pinch of fennel

Complementary

  • Fried onions
  • Fried eggs
  • Pickles
  • Crackers (no chips)

How to make

  • Saute ground spices until fragrant with ghee, add goat meat. Cook until it changes color. Give water, add beef broth and salt.
  • Cook until the water shrinks and the meat is tender, adjust the taste. Lift. Set aside.
  • with the same skillet used to cook goat, saute onions. Add eggs. Stir well.
  • Enter the rice and mutton, stir until blended. Add soy sauce, salt and beef stock. Stir well. Taste correction. Remove and serve with accompaniments.
