Ingredient

  • 2 large carp (cut into 3 parts)
  • To taste basil leaves (optional)
  • A little water
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • To taste salt, sugar & mushroom broth

Ground spices

  • 6 cloves bawput
  • 6 large green chilies
  • 4 green chilies
  • 1 large size tomato
  • 1 sachet of instant shrimp paste

How to cook

  • - Clean the fish, coat it with lime juice, let stand for 5 minutes, wash again, drain
  • - Fry the fish until cooked, drain from the cooking oil
  • - Puree the ingredients in a blender with a little water
  • - Saute ground spices until fragrant, then season with salt, sugar & mushroom broth, taste correction
  • - Enter the fried fish, stir well, turn off the heat, finally add the basil leaves, mix well, serve
