Ingredients

  • 500 grams of clean peeled taro
  • 100 grams of mackerel meat
  • 1 piece of grated ginger
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tbsp sago tani
  • Salt, pepper powder and sugar to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method

  • 1. Wash the taro, then grate it roughly
  • 2. Put in a bowl, mix all the ingredients, mix well, round according to taste (I use a tablespoon) then fry until golden yellow.
