Ingredients

  • 25 boiled quail eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 large red chili, sliced ​​oblique
  • 1 large green chili, sliced ​​oblique
  • 1 leek, cut into 2 finger segments
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock
  • Enough water

Toppings

  • Roasted Sesame

How to cook

  • 1. Put all ingredients (except scallions) & seasoning into a saucepan. Cook until the water shrinks & the spices seep into the eggs over low heat.
  • 2. Add the scallions, mix well.
  • 3. Adjust the taste & serve with a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds.
