Ingredient

  • 2 cups rice, wash thoroughly
  • 200gr thinly sliced ​​chicken/pork
  • 25 gr ebi (I don't use)
  • 1 bunch of sliced ​​bitter mustard
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 4 pieces bawmer slices
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • Mushroom broth
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Method

  • 1. Season the meat with soy sauce and pepper. set aside
  • 2. Saute the onion and ebi until fragrant. Add the meat and fry until pale.
  • 3. Enter the mustard greens and spices, mix well. Taste correction, don't be afraid to be too salty.
  • 4. Enter the rice, stir well, cook until there is no water
  • 5. Put it in the rice cooker. Pour water until it covers the rice.
  • 6. Cook until done, stir before serving. (When the rice is half cooked, stir it so that the spices are evenly mixed)
