Mashed Potato Ingredients

  • – 750gr potatoes
  • – 2 tbsp margarine/butter
  • – 100gr grated cheese / according to taste
  • – 150ml liquid milk
  • - salt, powdered broth to taste

Ingredients for Bolognese Sauce

  • – 100gr ground beef
  • – 1 pouch instant bolognese sauce (lafonte)
  • – 1 small onion, chopped
  • – 50 ml liquid milk

Toppings

  • – melted cheese
  • - sausage

How to Make Mashed Potato

  • - Peel the skin of the potato, wash it clean, cut into 2
  • - Boil/steam the potatoes until soft
  • – mash the potatoes (you can use a fork or a potato crusher)
  • - add margarine, mix well
  • - add liquid milk and cheese mix well
  • - add salt, powdered broth to taste

Bolognese sauce

  • - saute onions until fragrant
  • - add ground beef, stir fry until it changes color
