Potato Anchovy Sauce

Ingredient

  • 100gr small anchovies, dry fried
  • 1 potato, cut into fried
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 2 lbs lime leaves
  • 1 stalk lemongrass geprek
  • 3 pieces bawmer slices
  • 10 pieces of cayenne
  • 1 tomato, seeds removed, cut into pieces
  • Powdered broth
  • Brown sugar to taste
  • Salt, pepper

Ground spices

  • 3 bawput
  • 4 bawmer
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 4 green chilies

Method

  • 1. Saute ground spices, tomatoes and all other spices until fragrant.
  • 2. Enter the anchovies and potatoes with spices. Stir well. Lift.
