satay hurray

Ingredient

  • Beef sausage, cut into 2
  • 250 gr chicken fillet
  • 100 gr prawns
  • 1 Pepper
  • 2 honey pineapples
  • 1 scallion
  • skewer

Seasoning And Spread

  • 4 tbsp margarine, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp English soy sauce
  • 5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make

  • 1. Cut the sausage, chicken, peppers, pineapple and scallions according to taste.
  • 2 . Marinate the chicken and shrimp with the marinade for 1 hour in the refrigerator. (me all night)
  • 3. Prepare the skewers. Insert into skewers alternating pieces of sausage, peppers, chicken, pineapple, shrimp and scallions.
  • 4. Bake the satay by rubbing it with the spread sauce. Flip the satay and give it another spread, bake until it's cooked, take it out
  • 5. Serve while warm.
