Steamed Fish Satay

Ingredient

  • 500gr mackerel meat
  • 300cc coconut milk
  • 50cc egg white
  • -+100gr sago/tapioca
  • 5 siug bwg white
  • 9-10btr red bwg (chopped)
  • Salt, mushroom stock, ground pepper and a little sugar.
  • Sufficient thick coconut milk for splashing.

Method

  • Chop the white bwg.. add the chop fish.
  • Add putel + coconut milk, add salt, mushroom broth, ground pepper and chop sugar.
  • Mskkn red onion mix well.
  • Give sago / tapioca to taste. Stir well.
  • Pour into the pan (grease)
  • Drizzle the top with thick coconut milk.
  • Steam - + 30 minutes or until cooked.
  • Cool and cut according to taste.
  • Serve with fav msg sauce".
