Sauteed Tofu Pong

sauteed tofu pong

Ingredients

  • 20 pieces of tofu pong, cut into 2 & fry briefly
  • 1/2 tsp garlic cloves (2 minced garlic cloves)
  • 2 curly red chilies, sliced ​​oblique
  • 2 pieces of red cayenne pepper, sliced ​​oblique
  • 1 spring onion, chopped 1cm
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt, sugar, pepper & powdered mushroom broth, to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
  • 200ml water

How to make

  • 1. Sauté the garlic cloves with the oil, add the chilies, oyster sauce & soy sauce, mix well.
  • 2. Add water & seasoning, mix well.
  • 3. Enter the fried tofu pong, cover the pan, cook for 3 minutes (until the spices absorb).
  • 4. Add cornstarch solution & leeks, cook until thickened. Turn off the fire.
  • 5. Correct taste & serve.
