Serundeng Fried Duck Ingredients

  • 1 duck cut into 4
  • 1 lime
  • 2. lemongrass btg
  • 4 lbs lime leaves
  • 1/2 grated coconut
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasoning to taste (can skip)

Ground spices

  • 5 cloves of white bw
  • 7 red bw
  • 5 pecans
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 finger turmeric
  • 2 finger ginger
  • 3 finger galangal

How to Make Serundeng Fried Duck

  • 1. Wash the duck thoroughly with lime and leave it for a while.
  • 2. Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant, add duck, add lime leaves, lemongrass, grated coconut, salt, seasoning and add water
  • 3. Unkep the duck until it's tender, when it's tender, turn off the heat, remove the duck and separate it from the spices
  • 4. Fry the duck until brown. Set aside
  • 5. Fry the serundeng seasoning over medium heat until brown.
  • 6. In the fried duck plate, sprinkle the serundeng seasoning. Serve with chili sauce
