Ingredients for Shrimp Chicken Bakmoy Rice Filling

  • 3 b. white, coarsely chopped
  • 5 spring onions, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp king soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt, pepper, stock powder
  • 1/2 kg chicken breast, boiled, cut into squares
  • Shrimp meatballs, sliced

Method

  • • Sauté the white onion and scallions until fragrant, add the chicken meat, spices, pour in the water, correct the taste, add the prawn meatballs, mix well, and cook until the water shrinks.

  • Salt, pepper, stock powder
  • Leftover chicken stew
  • Method :
  • • Heat the oil, saute the garlic, pour the chicken boiled water, add more water, add the salt, pepper, stock powder, cook until it boils, add the sesame oil and scallions, turn off the heat.
