Shrimp Spring Rolls

Ingredient

  • 250 gr peeled prawns, puree
  • 100 gr chicken breast fillet, puree
  • 2 carrots, cut into small pieces
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt & sugar to taste
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • The oil for frying
  • Beancurd skin, choose the flexible type, so you don't need to soak it first

How to make

  • 1. Combine shrimp & chicken, stir. Add eggs, salt, sugar, sesame oil, garlic powder & pepper powder, stir. Add carrots, onions & celery, mix well.
  • 2. Cut the skin of the beancurd approximately 10×10 cm. Take a sheet, put the filling on it, fold it and then roll it, glue the edges with egg white.
  • 3. Can be directly fried, or steamed before frying.
  • 4. Serve with chili sauce.
