Ingredient

  • 1 tail stuck, large size
  • 1 scallion
  • 800 ml coconut milk
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 lbs of lime leaves
  • 2 lemongrass stalks
  • 1 segment of galangal
  • Sugar, salt and powdered broth to taste

Ground spices

  • 10 cloves of red onion
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 150 gr cayenne pepper
  • 8 pieces of curly chili
  • 2 red chilies
  • 4 pecans
  • 1 segment of turmeric
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 tsp coriander powder

How to make

  • 1. Fry the spices and cayenne pepper half cooked. Blend until smooth, then stir-fry with bay leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass and galangal until fragrant. Pour enough water.
