Snapper Pecak
Ingredient
- 1 red snapper
- Salt, lime juice to taste
Pecak Sauce
- 10 thinly sliced cayenne pepper
- 50 ml hot water
- 150 ml lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey (you can use sugar)
- Salt to taste
The method
- 1. Clean the fish, marinate with salt and lime juice for 15 minutes
- 2. Fry the fish in medium hot oil until golden brown, set aside
- 3. Mix all the chili sauce and mix well.
- 4. Arrange the fish on a plate and then flush with chili sauce. Serve with warm rice.
