Ingredient

  • 1 red snapper
  • Salt, lime juice to taste

Pecak Sauce

  • 10 thinly sliced ​​cayenne pepper
  • 50 ml hot water
  • 150 ml lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey (you can use sugar)
  • Salt to taste

The method

  • 1. Clean the fish, marinate with salt and lime juice for 15 minutes
  • 2. Fry the fish in medium hot oil until golden brown, set aside
  • 3. Mix all the chili sauce and mix well.
  • 4. Arrange the fish on a plate and then flush with chili sauce. Serve with warm rice.
