Ingredient

  • 2 oysters, peeled, cut into pieces

  • 2 chicken eggs, beaten
  • 1 liter of beef broth / plain water
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed

  • Salt, sugar, pepper powder to taste
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

How to make

  • 1. Bring the beef broth to a boil
