Ingredients for Spiced Eggs
- - 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
- – 3 lbs of lime leaves + 1 lbs of bay leaves

- – 3 cloves of white bw
- – 3 round hazelnuts
- – a small thumb of ginger
- – 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
How to Make Spiced Eggs Petis
- - Heat a little oil, add the ground spices, lemongrass, lime leaves and bay leaves, meeting the key. Saute until fragrant and the spices are cooked
- Pour water, then add the shrimp paste and 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
