Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of dory fish fillet
  • 1 lime
  • 1 scallion, sliced ​​oblique
  • A piece of matchstick-sliced ​​ginger
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic, fried

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp fish sauce

Method

  • 1. Coat the fish with lime. Leave 15 minutes. Wash.
  • 2. Cut the fish according to taste. Arrange in a heatproof bowl.
  • 3. Pour the sauce, cover with aluminum foil. then steam 15 minutes or until cooked.
  • 4. Before lifting, add fried garlic, scallions, ginger. Just steam it for a while. Lift.
