Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Saute the ground spices until fragrant and cooked, remove and set aside (if you don't want it to be oily, you can skip this stage of frying)
Marinate the fish with spices, place the bay leaf in an aluminum cup, then arrange the fish, kecombrang flowers, tomatoes and whole chilies, alternating until all the ingredients are used up.
Steam the fish until cooked, if it is cooked immediately remove it from the steamer, serve warm
