Ingredients

  • 5 pcs sausage, each cut in half
  • 500 gr frozen potatoes, diced

Coating Material

  • 100 gr high protein flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp instant yeast
  • 80 ml of warm water

How to make

  • * make the coating material first: mix yeast, sugar and warm water, mix well. Add flour and salt, stir until dough comes together.
  • * Cover with plastic wrap, let the dough rise (about 45 minutes)
  • * pierce the sausage pieces with a bamboo skewer. Dip the sausage into the mixture then lift it, turn it around until the sausage is covered with a flat dough
  • * coat with potatoes while compacting so that it really sticks
  • * Fry until cooked, use medium heat tends to be small
  • * serve with sauce and mayo
