Ingredients

  • 500 gr squid
  • 1 small instant coconut milk
  • 1 lemongrass geprek
  • 4 lime leaves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 turmeric leaf (optional)
  • 10 cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt, pepper, mushroom broth to taste
  • Toothpick enough

Stuffing Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of tofu, crushed
  • 1 egg
  • Salt, mushroom broth to taste

Ground spices

  • 8 cloves of red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 red chilies
  • 3 hazelnuts
  • 2 finger galangal
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

Step

  • • Clean the squid, add lime
  • • Mix the stuffing ingredients, then put it into the squid's body, pierce the head with a toothpick, do it until it's finished
  • • Saute ground spices until fragrant and cooked, add lemongrass, lime leaves, salam and turmeric leaves, add coconut milk which has been mixed with a little water, add salt, pepper and jumur broth, then add the squid and cook until cooked, add whole cayenne pepper and don't forget Taste test, when it's ready to serve.
