Bujan Bangka/uyen
Ingredients
- 500 grams of clean peeled taro
- 150 grams of mackerel meat
- 1 piece of grated ginger
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of washed bangka tauco
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sago tani
- Salt, pepper powder and mushroom seasoning to taste
- Oil for frying
Method
- 1. Wash the taro, then grate it roughly
- 2. Put in a bowl, mix all the ingredients, mix well, round according to taste and then fry until golden brown.
