Cah Goulash Bokcoy

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 100 gr bok choy
  • 100 gr shredded oyster mushrooms
  • 100 gr red beans, boiled
  • 1 stalk lemongrass bruised
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 2 tsp Royco Beef Broth
  • 400 ml coconut milk

Ground spices

  • 4 curly red chilies
  • 4 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 hazelnuts
  • 2 cm turmeric
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cumin

How to make

  • 1. Heat the oil, fry the mushrooms until wilted
  • 2. Add ground spices, lime leaves and lemon grass. Saute until fragrant
  • 3. Add red beans and cooked bok choy while stirring well.
  • 4. Pour the coconut milk and Royco Beef Broth, mix well. Cook until boiling, remove and serve immediately
