Materials

  • -100 grams of ear mushrooms
  • -4 pieces of young corn
  • - cauliflower to taste
  • -2 carrots
  • -4 cloves garlic
  • -2 hazelnuts
  • -2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • -1 tsp chicken stock
  • -right amount of oil
  • -½sdm cornstarch dissolved in 50ml water
  • -200ml water

How to make

  • 1. Wash the carrots, cauliflower, young corn and ear mushrooms. If it is clean, cut it according to your taste
  • 2. Puree the garlic and pecan, don't be too fine
  • 3. Sauté the crushed garlic and candlenuts until fragrant. If it's fragrant, add the carrots and other vegetables gradually, starting with the hardest, wait 2 minutes before adding the other vegetables so that they cook evenly.
  • 4. Add water, chicken stock, oyster sauce, stir well. Cook until the carrots are slightly soft
  • 5. When the carrots are a little soft, add the cornstarch solution. Cook again until the gravy thickens.
  • 6. If you have a simple capcay, it is ready to be served using warm rice ️
