10 cloves of garlic, crushed

2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce

How to make
1. Boil the chicory until soft, drain and squeeze the water. Fry each piece of mustard leaf in oil until brown, over medium heat. Remove and drain the oil, press it so that the oil that is absorbed by the vegetables can come out.
2. Saute garlic and hioko until fragrant, add meat, stir until it changes color, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir.
3. Pour water until the meat is submerged, cook until the meat is really tender.
4. Enter the vegetables that have been fried, mix well. Add salt, sweet soy sauce and soy sauce again if it's still not black enough. Cook until the vegetables are evenly browned and soft, remove and serve.
