Corned Mushroom Sauteed Ingredients
- klg corned beef
- 10 pcs button mushrooms, cut into 2
- 6 pcs chickpeas, cut into 2
- 1 large red chili, cut into 2
- 2 tbsp margarine
Seasoning Iris
- clove of onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 3 pcs red chili
Other Seasonings
- tsp salt
- tsp mushroom broth
- tbsp pepper powder
- tsp sugar
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- Tomato sauce to taste (about 2 tbsp)
- Sweet soy sauce to taste (about 1 tbsp)
- Note: the amount of seasoning is adjusted according to the number of ingredients used
How to Make Sauteed Corned Mushroom Sauce
- 1. Cut all the ingredients
- 2. Sauté the sliced spices until cooked, then add the corned beef and mix well
- 4. Give enough water, add salt, sugar, mushroom broth and ground pepper.
- 5. Add tomato sauce and sweet soy sauce and enough water
- 6. Enter the chickpeas, then after a bit soft add the mushrooms and large red chili slices, mix well and let it cook
- 7. Correct the taste and ready to serve
