Vegetable Ca Ingredients
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 sticks of pokcoy, cut
- 5 pieces of young corn, thinly sliced oblique
- 10 pieces of sliced meatball
- 50 gr ear mushrooms, roughly chopped
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs beaten loose, fried scrambled
- 2 large red chilies
- 2 large green chilies
Spice
- 3 cloves of garlic thinly sliced
- 2 thinly sliced red onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
How to Cook Ca Vegetables
- 1. Sauté the chopped garlic seasoning, stir fry until fragrant, add all the spices then spring onions, carrots, caisim, ear mushrooms.
- 2. Enter the scrambled eggs, give a little water, mix well and test the taste.
