Cabbage Sauce Ingredients
- head of cabbage, cut into 2
- 3 scallions, sliced oblique
Seasoning Iris
- clove of onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 pcs cayenne pepper
- 3 pcs red curly chili
Other Seasonings
- tsp salt
- tsp mushroom broth
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2-3 tbsp oyster sauce
- Note: the amount of seasoning is adjusted according to the number of ingredients used
How to Make Cabbage Sauce
- 1. Sauté the onions and garlic until wilted, then add the sliced chilies and stir-fry again
- 2. Add the sliced cabbage and mix well
- 3. After the cabbage is slightly wilted, add sugar, salt, mushroom broth and give enough water and mix well again
- 4. Let the cabbage cook and the water is a bit stale,
- 5. Just before being removed, add the sliced spring onions, correct the taste and it's ready to be served
