Ingredient

  • 2 bunches of kale, cut in half, wash and drain
  • Shrimp (clean)
  • 2-3 tbsp tauco
  • 1 large red chili
  • 1 piece of chili
  • 5 grains bawmer
  • 4 cloves bawput
  • 1 green tomato
  • Sufficient water, salt/mushroom broth & sugar

How to cook

  • -Saute the onion, then the chili, add the shrimp & kale, add water, mix well, cook until the water boils
  • -Add tauco, season with salt, mushroom stock and sugar, taste correction
  • Finally, add the green tomatoes, cook until the kale is cooked, remove and serve
