Ingredient

  • 350 gr chicken cut to taste
  • 1 tsp leek / onion chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 2 pcs tamarind patikala, crushed
  • 1 pc tomato small size
  • 100 gr corn powder (finely ground corn)
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 1.5 liters of water (can be added if it is too thick)
  • 100 gr oyster mushrooms, shredded
  • Salt, mushroom broth

Ground spices

  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 10 pcs curly red chili
  • 10 pcs red chili

The method

  • 1. Prepare a container add water, corn powder and stir until smooth and not lumpy then strain.
  • 2. Prepare a frying pan, add a mixture of corn water, ground spices, acem patikala, shredded oyster mushroom chicken pieces, stir-fry lemongrass, cook until cooked and slightly thick.
  • 3. Add scallions, celery, tomatoes, salt, mushroom broth, mix well. Taste correction, serve while warm
  • NOTES:
  • Stir the food until it's cooked, if you let it sit it will clot. Use a little fire
