Ingredients

  • 100 gr low protein flour
  • 30 gr rice flour
  • 30 gr tapioca flour (aci)
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp of seasoning or chicken stock
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • The oil for frying

How to make

  • 1. Mix the flour, rice flour, tapioca flour and water until all dissolved and well mixed.
  • 2. Add salt, pepper and seasoning, mix well.
  • 3. Enter the vegetables and spaghetti, stir until well blended.
  • 4. Heat the oil and fry the dough until brown and crispy. Lift and serve.
