Ingredient

  • 235 gr Bakwan Sasa flour
  • 290 ml Water
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/4 part Cabbage / cabbage leaves
  • Shrimp to taste

How to make

  • 1. Slice the carrots and cabbage/cabbage into thin matchsticks.
  • 2. Enter bakwan flour in a container, mix with water, stirring until blended.
  • 3. Add vegetables, mix well.
  • 4. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan. Print the bakwan dough using a vegetable spoon by adding shrimp on top, then fry until golden.
  • 5. Serve hot with cayenne pepper.
