  • 5 pcs curly red chilies, sliced ​​into rings
  • 15 pcs cayenne pepper mixed into rings
  • Salt, mushroom broth, sugar, cooking oil to taste

The method

  • 1. Wash the fish and then coat with lime + a little salt stir. Let stand 10 minutes then rinse with clean water, fry until cooked. Raise set aside
