The main ingredient

  • 4-5 pieces of smoked beef @hanzel_id
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 servings of warm white rice
  • gyudon seasoning

Gyudon Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 30-50 ml of water

Fried Smoked Beef

  • Leftover smoked beef
  • Multipurpose ready-to-eat flour, made with enough wet flour
  • Sufficient bread flour

Method

  • • Make the gyudon seasoning first, stir all the gyudon ingredients, until blended. Set aside.
  • • Cook with margarine, chopped smoked beef, stir, then pour in the gyudon seasoning, cook until absorbed and boil, sprinkle with chopped onions and spring onions.
  • • Then pour the beaten eggs little by little, then cook until cooked, if necessary cover while cooking. Remove and pour on warm white rice.
  • • Fried smoked beef: coat smoked beef with wet flour, stack with smoked beef, coat again with wet flour, then roll in breadcrumbs, fry in hot oil until golden yellow. Remove and serve with rice gyu don hanzel.
