Material A

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp gochujjang
  • 1 tbsp mirin / can be skipped
  • 1 tsp finely minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

Additional Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Honey (according to taste)

How to make

  • - set aside the water, enter the ingredients B, boil briefly, then strain and wash thoroughly
  • -prepare a pan, add chicken + ingredient D + ingredient A, cook until boiling
  • - add carrots and cook until it boils
  • -correct the taste, add if it's not enough, then add 1 tablespoon honey, mix well
  • -Add the onions + green chilies and cook until the spices are absorbed
  • - the chicken has been soaked with spices and gravy, add the spring onions
  • -serve with hot rice and kimchi
