What Does Spaghetti Brulee Mean?

The baked spaghetti brulee is a recipe mix of spaghetti bolognese and bechamel sauce that is baked into a creamy pasta dish. Bechamel itself is one of the five main French-style sauces that are white in color.

Ingredient

  • 450 gr Fettuccine La Fonte
  • 2 packs of La Fonte bolognese sauce

  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 can corned beef
  • 200 ml water
  • Dried parsley for sprinkling

Ingredients for Cheese Sauce or Bechamel Sauce

  • 1/2 pc of Bombay, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 liter of liquid milk
  • 150 gr cheddar cheese, grated
  • To taste salt, pepper powder

How to make

  • 1. Boil water until boiling. Add fettuccine, cook until aldente. Don't forget to add 2 tablespoons of oil so it doesn't stick together. Then drain.
  • 2. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add the corned beef, mix well. Add bolognese sauce, mix well. Add water, stir until meat sauce is bubbling and thickened. set aside
  • 3. Make the Bechamel Sauce: Sauté the butter until it melts, add the onions and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant then add the flour, stir quickly. Add liquid milk, cheese, salt and pepper. Cook until the sauce is bubbling and thickened.
  • 4. Put the fettuccine into a bowl, pour the bolognese sauce, mix well then pour the bechamel sauce
  • 5. Bake at 180°C over high heat until the surface is browned.
  • 6. Serve.
